Terms & Conditions

Reeltic is a video review platform operated by Stami Studio, of Green Street, [COMPANY ADDRESS — to be supplied] ("Reeltic", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Stami Studio and govern your use of the platform, whether you are a business collecting reviews or a person leaving one.

By creating an account, submitting a video review, or otherwise using Reeltic, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Reeltic on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You may sign in with a password, a one-time code sent to your email or phone, or a connected Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and you must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

When you submit a video review you confirm that it is your own genuine experience, that it is truthful, and that you have the right to share everyone and everything shown in it. You grant Reeltic and the reviewed business a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that review on the platform and in the business’s own marketing of its Reeltic profile. You keep ownership of your content and may request its removal as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that infringes anyone’s rights; impersonate any person or business; post spam or paid/incentivised reviews disguised as genuine ones; or attempt to manipulate ratings. You must not probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform’s security or operation. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.

Reviews submitted to a business may be held for a short moderation check before they are published, and a business may flag reviews it believes breach these terms. We aim to keep genuine reviews live and to remove only those that break the rules; we do not edit the substance of a genuine review to make a business look better. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing details, and any paid plans, review limits, and billing terms are described at the point of purchase.

The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Reeltic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content posted by users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. We may update these terms from time to time; if we make a material change we will update the version and date shown here, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated terms.
